name of Tools Technical Control and is as old as Tabriz Tractor Company.
The main task of this unit is to inspect and control all the products of tools
manufacturing unit in order to reach the desirable quality acceptable for the
customer based on the standards of the day and world.
Quality control section of tools manufacturing center is aware of the importance
of the quality of products and its role in promotion of the reputation of tools
manufacturing unit relying on the capabilities of its experienced personnel and
optimal use of precise and modern machines and equipments and tries its best to
perform its main task.
Definition of Quality
Quality is a set of characteristics and
properties of a product, which explain its capability in fulfilling the
expressed needs. The optimal quality will be obtained when the needs of the
customers are fulfilled in a good way. Quality control section, as a direct
responsible section for controlling and supervising over the quality of the
production, is of more importance in every organization.

tools is more important than the precision degree of the manufactured parts, so
the dimensional and geometrical controlling of tools, in compare with the
manufactured parts, needs more precise and modern equipments and machineries and
experienced, competent and creative personnel.

instruments including molds, fixtures and different types of gearwheel
manufacturing tools including hop, shaper cutter, involutes and form milling
cutters, and other variable products has a capable personnel.

with the required operations.

controlled inside the workshop and on the related machine.
Methods
& Facilities For Quality Control in Tools Unit
Twenty important controlling parameters of

quality degree A in accordance with DIN3963 and DIN1829.
Quality control section in tools unit performs precise graphing devices for
profile of tools and precise devices of form magnification and controls these
tools with the precision of 0.002 mm and dimensional control of any complex

range up to 0.003 mm. Positioning gauges and some fixtures have good dimensional
precision and precise situational and geometrical tolerances.
Other activities of quality control section include its cooperation with
engineering units in transmission engineering affairs. The main and primary
specifications of a gearwheel are obtained through precise measurement of some
parameters and some engineering calculations are carried out in designing
section with cooperation of quality control system.
